Shipping and Returns
At Avionics Source, we view shipping as great customer service, not a profit center. Through our exclusive shipping partner UPS, we offer customers free ground shipments on all domestic U.S. orders. Avionics Source is proud to have $0 minimums: place your order online and we’ll ship it on our dime. For returns, contact sales for a prepaid shipping label.
International Customers: Contact sales for a custom shipping quote after you place your order.
We stand behind all the products we sell and want you to be satisfied with them. We’ll always do our best to take care of customers so we make returning a product as easy as ordering from us.
As long as your order is returned in it’s original packaging and the product is in the same condition as when shipped, you may return any product purchased for a full refund of the original purchase price, less a $50 inventory fee. Please contact us for a prepaid shipping label. If you must return your order, we must receive it within thirty (30) calendar days after your purchase (after this deadline, no returns will be accepted and no refunds will be issued). Avionics Source is not responsible or liable for labor costs associated with installation or removal of any avionics under any circumstances.
Notice: In the event that you choose not to use our prepaid shipping label, you are solely responsible for the costs of shipping, and we will not be responsible or liable for any shipping charges that you may incur. Additionally, we will not be liable or responsible for any damage to the product incurred during or as a result of your shipping method, and we advise you to purchase appropriate shipping insurance.
Returns will be processed within two (2) business days within five days and credit card purchases will be refunded back to the same card used on the transaction. Wire purchases will be refunded by check. Note: It may take 1-5 business days for refunds to appear on your bank/credit card statements.
